VINTAGE Morgantown ? Green glass cocktail pitcher martini twisted glass stirrer

So I have been trying to find this particular glass everywhere.........I have been on several fb pages that identify glass and someone suggested Morgantown glass
It does feel like something they would make but I truly can not be sure
It measures 11 " tall and is in mint condition
Stir stick in in mint condition as well
