US Open Snowboard Jersey Vest Competition Pro Mt Bachelor Snowboarding Vintage

Up for sale is a riders jersey from a snowboard competition! These are were worn over the jackets of riders to identify them but I don’t know if they are in use anymore.
The jersey has “Goldy” written on it in pen.
Jersey measures about a medium:
19” pit to pit
16” across the shoulders
22” collar to hem
I don’t know which event this was used at but it’s a cool piece of snowboard memorabilia. Also included is a mini US Open Snowboard Pennant with some signatures on it. I think one of them is Jeremy Jones?
