Returns Accepted
If you wish to return an item due to an error on our behalf we will arrange to have the item picked up at our expense and have the correct or replacement item shipped to you. If you are returning an item for any other reason and have received free shipping there is a 10% restocking fee (to a max. of .00). You are required to contact us within 14 business days upon receiving your item. Please include your name, Invoice number, and the reason for return. Once we receive this we will reply with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) within 48 hours, instructions for returning the product back to SKIYARD will be included. If you return your item without receiving a Return Authorization Number it could be refused.
